Cass - Senior Consultant |

has over 15 years of experience in technology and service
oriented industries. Catherine has held positions with StrataCom (Cisco), EchoStar, and several smaller firms.
Catherine has developed and executed market-positioning
strategies for start-up firms and product lines across
industry sectors ranging from semiconductors to overnight
delivery services and restaurants. She has a BA from the
State University of New York at Binghamton and an MBA
from Georgia State University. |

Chawla - Principal Consultant |

has more than 20 years of experience in the development,
sales and marketing of complex software solutions to
the enterprise, media and communication services industries. Mani's knowledge of business alliances, account management
and complex sales processes combined with his passion
for teaching and delivering executive education programs
provide a unique combination of skills. He has held
senior and executive management positions at AT&T,
DISH Network and TCSI. Mani holds a BS degree in Electrical
Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology, India
and a MS degree in Computer Science from the University
of Georgia.

Derrico - Principal Consultant |

has over 20 years of experience in broadcast and telecommunications
industries. His experience includes winning results
in executive positions for companies like: Scientific-Atlanta,
Lockheed Global Telecommunications, STM Wireless, Telecom
International, British Telecom, and Adaptive Broadband.
Joel has held senior management roles leading product
development and managing operations in companies with
over $100MM in annual revenue. His experience includes
serving as a board director and managing director for
small and medium businesses. Joel earned Bachelors
and Masters degrees from Georgia Tech in Electrical
and Mechanical Engineering; and completed his PhD coursework
at the University of Pennsylvania. Joel is the
inventor of US patent 6,948,021; an early server blade
hardware architecture patent.

Lokanathan, PhD - Principal Consultant |

has over 20 years of experience in managing the entire
product lifecycle for complex software tools and systems.
He specializes in analyzing market and customer requirements,
architecting new products, developing release strategy,
and supervising product rollout. He has been a key contributor
to strategic initiatives at both large and small companies
including Mentor Graphics, Tera Systems, Silicon Compiler
Systems, and as CEO of ARDEXT Technologies. Badri earned
his PhD and Masters in Electrical Engineering at University
of Rochester, and completed his undergraduate programs
(MTech and BTech) at Indian Institute of Technology,
Delhi.

Palmer - Senior Consultant |

has held engineering and marketing positions at AT&T,
Enron Broadband Services, EchoStar, Velocitech, and
GE. In more than 15 years of experience Jeff has developed
winning sales strategies for complex solutions involving
advanced media technologies and services. His expertise
in Internet video products, implementations, and benefits
is unparalleled. Jeff earned his electrical engineering
degree at the University of Tennessee.

technology and medical device products. He has served in
engineering, sales, and business development roles
at firms such as: GTE, Scientific-Atlanta (Cisco), and Nortel. Shahid
has acted as a general manager for business lines
with over $35MM annual sales, and has held key
marketing support roles in divisions with over $100MM
annual sales. Shahid's experience includes successful commercial
relationships with some of the largest companies in
SE
Asia.
Shahid earned his engineering degree at

Steve
Richeson, PE - Founder

has over 20
years of international experience in industries ranging from
satellite communications to semiconductors to medical
devices. Prior to founding MPE Steve served in
senior executive positions, including CEO, at 5
firms and has been instrumental
in complex sales, investment and acquisition deals. His
experience includes executive positions at Scientific-Atlanta, Media4
(now EchoStar), and RF Solutions (now Anadigics). He
has recently built successful multi-million dollar
partnerships for medical device companies. Steve is a registered Professional
Engineer, a part-time fitness instructor, and an Eagle Scout.
He completed his electrical engineering degree at
Georgia Tech in 1984 and has an MBA (1996) from Georgia
State University.
